Sake Marche is a one day event held at the Shiinoki Green Space next to the castle. Over 25 sake breweries and 25 restaurants from around Ishikawa set up in the park with 100 small tables set up on the lawn. It’s a picnic where you don’t have to prepare anything. There is no admission fee with food/drink tickets purchased before going to a stall. Most people buy a start pack of 22 tickets and receive an event glass for about Yen 4000. The restaurant food stalls don’t serve your ordinary festival food but rather are designed to match with sake. Last year it rained heavily but still a few thousand people showed up and many set up tents on the lawn. 8minute drive from Kanazawa Station.
